"Aslan is on the move!"

This summer we're reading The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe to Kira for the first time, and Narnia has become a big point of conversation around here.
What is "Wamland," you might ask? Just your run-of-the-mill magical land, currently under the spell of this bad guy:
A closer look. Pay no attention to the hearts on his leg--this guy is bad! You can tell by his teeth & his eyebrows.

Nothing to be afraid of, though. Wamland is in the capable hands of Kira, who has spent every spare moment of the last two days making weapons to be used in the fight against the bad guy.  That's a bow-and-arrow made out of paper, tape, string, and sticks. And staples. The girl goes through staples like nobody's business.
John with his dagger and shield. That's my dagger on the table, along with Millie's shield. Not pictured is the other bow-and-arrow (more sticks, less paper) as well as the guns John made this morning. To be clear, John's guns don't look anything like real guns; rather, they are just blobs of paper stuck together with tape.
Kira posing with her bow-and-arrow, taking on the bad guy. I love that girl.
And, just in case you wanted a closer look. It didn't shoot as well as more-stick-less-paper version 2.0, but it sure is pretty.
